Very disappointed in this florist. My husband is deployed and decided to use a local florist to deliver flowers for his mother BEFORE Mother’s Day. In fact, the option to get the flowers delivered on the Sunday for Mother’s Day was not an option because she would not be home. Friday comes around and flowers never delivered. No notice, nothing. I contacted the florist on that Saturday and no one picks up. We spent $86 on the bouquet, delivery, and service fee. He also left a tip for the driver. The voicemail box was full too so couldn’t leave a vm. I finally get a text from someone to text them because they were probably annoyed that I continued to call. I added a photo of our exchange and you will see no apology. Busy weekend, I get that. Don’t own a business. I too own a business so I get how hard it is, but you also need to have some kind of customer service. I ended up going to Trader Joe’s and getting a beautiful bouquet for $12 and gave them to my mother in law when she returned home. Mistakes happen and they did refund me, minus the service fee. I had to make an additional phone call for that. I would not recommend this shop. Plenty of options across Hampton Roads.

Very fast arrangement and delivery. Flowers were better quality than what we have previously received via FTD and chain operators. Also for two dozen roses pre arranged in a vase, the cost was reasonable. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I had such a great experience that it’s necessary to reaffirm how incredible Shore Drive Florist is. I sent flowers as a birthday gift, and Shore Drive truly went above and beyond! The arrangement was even more beautiful than I expected & Shore Drive spent so much time, speaking to me multiple times & ensuring my utmost satisfaction. I cannot praise Shore Drive Florist enough! Highest recommendations!!!

I wanted to send flowers for my aunt’s birthday, but I didn’t know the local florists in VA Beach where she lives, & when it comes to giving beautiful flowers, you need a great local florist. I made my order after the florist was closed for the day & they called me as soon as they arrived in the morning to go over details with me. I was so happy to support this local business and receive exceptional quality & service. Update: About a week before my aunt's birthday 2024, Shore Drive Florist messaged me with a special offer and free delivery for her birthday if I was interested. I responded, and I was incredibly impressed with the wonderful personal service I was given. EXCEPTIONAL!!! Shore Drive Florist really went above & beyond to give me a personalized experience where I could choose as much or as little interaction

Amazing place and people! From out of town and needed VERY last minute flowers delivered for a wedding. Went out of her way to make it happen (and beautifully, I might add) and made a special day for my daughter much nicer. Thank you so much, you are a truly special person to do what you did.
